Prior Experience
Before joining Leo Cussen, Tracy spent over 25 years in legal practice in the Northern Territory and Queensland. Tracy has a background in commercial and property law, estate litigation and succession law. Tracy has also completed a Practice Management Course and managed her own legal practice.
Tracy is a dedicated legal educator and has taught all subjects in the Graduate Diploma of Practical Legal Training for over 14 years. She has also taught Civil Procedure, Commercial Law, Law of Business Associations and Wills and Succession Law at Australian Catholic University and Business Law at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
