FEE-HELP
FEE-HELP is available for PLT applicants who are Australian citizens or on a permanent humanitarian visa. If you are an overseas practitioner on a permanent visa for the purposes of bridging study, then you aren’t eligible for FEE-HELP for PLT.
For eligible students, the tuition fee can be fully or partially covered by FEE-HELP. If you’re wishing to access FEE-HELP, please select FEE-HELP as your funding option when completing the online enrolment form.
You’ll receive an Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) via email at least one month prior to starting your PLT course. The email will contain information on how to complete your eCAF.
Students without access to FEE-HELP
Fees for non-FEE-HELP applicants are due two weeks before the start of your course. If you expect to have difficulty in paying your PLT fees, we can help. Contact the Director of PLT to discuss your individual situation.
Students that don’t have access to FEE-HELP may apply to pay the course fee by instalments. To do this, you’ll need to apply for permission from the Director of PLT no later than two weeks before the start of the course (the enrolment date).
Payments can be made by direct deposit, bank cheque/money order or credit card.

These days can be attended via video conferencing (for the Online course) or in-person (for the Blended course).
For our onsite courses, there are two days of in-person attendance each week for the duration of the course, as well as 10 face-to-face immersive days.
The attendance days are mandatory and scheduled on specific dates. For attendance dates, please see the Dates and Fees page.
If you are unable to attend a date due to illness or extenuating circumstances, we will work with you to organise a catch-up day.
In addition to your course work, you are also required to complete 15 days of placement in a legal setting. There are options to complete this either during or after your PLT course.
If you would like us to find your professional placement for you, Leo Cussen can organise this for an additional fee (which can be put on FEE-HELP) Please see the Dates and Fees page for details of current fees.
