    Leo Cussen Job Board & Email Service Policy and Disclaimer

    Leo Cussen Centre for Law (LCCL) offers a free Job Board and Email Service to employers wishing to advertise job vacancies to current and past LCCL trainees.

     

    LCCL will only advertise positions which are:

    1. a) paid positions; or
      b) voluntary/unpaid positions in the not-for-profit sector; or
    2. c) voluntary/unpaid positions in the for-profit sector, provided they fall under the Vocational Placement Exception of the Fair Work Act 2009(ie, PLT placements).  The Fair Work Ombudsman website (http://www.fairwork.gov.au/) has further information on this.LCCL reserves the right to reject or withdraw any advertisement which may be contrary to law or inconsistent with LCCL’s policy/values.

    The LCCL Job Board and Email Service acts as a free-of-charge job posting service only and makes no recommendations regarding potential employers or applicants.

     

    LCCL does not endorse any party, and applicants are responsible for verifying the information contained in job advertisements. Employers and applicants are responsible for performing their own due diligence when offering, applying for, or accepting private employment or unpaid/voluntary work.  LCCL is not responsible for safety, wages, working conditions, or any other aspect of private employment or unpaid/voluntary work that is gained through the Job Board or Email Service. All hiring, scheduling, and compensation for job postings are handled directly between the applicant and the employer.
