- Latest Academic Transcript (screenshot of your most recent results or more recent transcript is sufficient)
- Copy of Passport or Birth Certificate
- Copy of Visa (Only for Overseas students)
- If you wish to use FEE-HELP to finance your PLT, please have the below details ready: (Only Australia citizens and permanent humanitarian visa holders are eligible for FEE-HELP)
